Power Boat

• Center pipe and threaded rod should always be at a 90° angle or perpendicular to the vessel and ground.
• Measure the distance from the keel (out drive) to haul. Then measure the height of blocking. Add 6 inches.
• While choosing a stand, attempt to minimize the amount of threaded rod that will be exposed from the center pipe.
• Use of out drive stand is required
• A minimum of 4 stands per boat.
• Distance between Boat Stands should not extend beyond 10 feet.

Sail Boat

• Measure the distance from the keel to the haul. Then measure the height of blocks being used. Add an additional 6 inches to that height.
• While choosing a stand, attempt to minimize the amount of threaded rod that will be exposed from the center pipe.
• Measure the beam of the boat, add 5 feet. This I will give you the amount of chain required to secure Sail Boat stands.
• A minimum of 5 stands per boat ( 4 – flat top and 1- “v” top)
• Distance between Boat Stands should not extend beyond 10 feet.
